I love b/w photography but as someone with zero photography-related training/education I find it challenging. I've always learned by trial and error until now, but I am going to start getting some tips and pointers off the web to improve my photo-taking and photo-editing skills.

Now that I look at it again, this photo looks a little more Sepia than B&W. I think. I better get to studying!
